Clubs and facilities all over the world are embracing Johnny G's latest innovation. Among the most effective, are those who have discovered how to successfully integrate the KRANKcycle into their facilities in more ways than any other equipment. From the Cycling Studio to the Fitness floor, to "Kranking Express Workouts" with Personal Trainers, the KRANKcycle is proving to be the most versatile piece of equipment in the club! They've literally found something for EVERY member!.
We call these successful early-adopters our Kranking® Showcase Facilities! Click on the links above to see how clubs and facilities like yours have implemented the Johnny G KRANKcycle by Matrix and the Kranking Program.
Characteristics of a Kranking showcase facility:
Debbie Winner, General Manager of Frog's Fitness, our first Showcase Facility, said it best: "I believe that in order to make any program successful, you must first obtain buy-in from everyone from the trainers and instructors to the front desk and management staff. When the entire team has a clear understanding of a program's benefits, they become excited about it; that enthusiasm quickly spreads to the members."
The "Kranking Fundamentals Instructor Training," is an ACE, AFAA, NASM, and Can-Fit Pro accredited course filled with the most comprehensive research in upper-body cycling science, heart-rate training, and an innovative approach to Teaching Methods and Class Design.
Trainers have had great success applying what they learned by using the KRANKcycle for fresh and innovative programming. Small group "Kranking Express Workouts," 20 minutes of high intensity training focusing on both cardio and strength. No designated space, microphone or music required!
