Reenergized  Instructors: Instructors who have been educated by the Johnny G College of Knowledge have not only learned how be Kranking Instructors, they've learned to be better Instructors in general.  The Johnny G Energy Training System gives Instructors the skills to take indoor cycling to the next level.

The "Kranking Fundamentals Instructor Training," is an ACE, AFAA, NASM, and Can-Fit Pro accredited course filled with the most comprehensive research in upper-body cycling science, heart-rate training, and an innovative approach to Teaching Methods and Class Design.
A new tool for Personal Trainers: "Kranking Fundamentals" explores the  biomechanics & physiology of upper-body cycling, and devotes an entire section to providing insight and program development tools for training every client. 

Trainers have had great success applying what they learned by using the KRANKcycle for fresh and innovative programming. Small group "Kranking Express Workouts,"   20 minutes of high intensity training focusing on both cardio and strength.  No designated space, microphone or music required!
